Recognized as a expert in architectural lighting conceptions and designs by engineering, architecture and design firms, school and health care systems and design organizations, Rob Emery leads Specification Sales with an emphasis on new technology and application assistance. He pays a particular special interest & emphasis on day-lighting systems, photovoltaic, and artificial lighting applications. Emery is an active member of the Ohio Valley Section of the IESNA and is among a handful of LC lighting certified professionals in Kentucky. This NCQLP certification is granted to only those individuals with an expert and broad knowledge in the applications of lighting design.

Prior to founding One Source Lighting & Design, Rob was the Southeast Regional Manager for Hubbell Lighting and a District Manager for Cooper Lighting. Rob received the Bachelor of Art in Political Science degree from The University of Texas at Arlington in 1995, and has worked in the lighting continuously since graduation.

Haril has 20+  years in retail sales and financial experience, thus giving him a deep understanding of customer service. Haril has a degree in business management and a degree in human resources management. He loves spending time with his family, playing guitar, and learning about Kentucky’s deep southern history.
